LinkedIn Lead Generation Specialist (Outbound Campaign Strategist)

About the role

We are seeking a LinkedIn Lead Generation Specialist to design and execute high‑impact outbound campaigns for a fast‑growing AI startup. This remote, full‑time contractor will own the end‑to‑end process, from research and strategy to launch, testing, and optimisation.

Key responsibilities

• Learn the client’s product, market, and sales process to define ideal customer profiles (ICPs) and buyer segments.
• Build highly targeted prospect lists using LinkedIn Sales Navigator and other data sources.
• Craft personalized connection requests, opening messages, follow‑ups, and variations that drive genuine responses.
• Launch and monitor LinkedIn outbound campaigns, tracking acceptance, reply, meeting, and lead‑quality rates.
• Identify under‑performing elements, run structured A/B tests on audiences, offers, messaging, and CTAs, and iterate quickly.
• Document campaign tests, results, and learnings, turning successful approaches into repeatable playbooks.

Required profile

• Proven experience building and optimising successful B2B outbound campaigns.
• Strong expertise in ICP research, segmentation, targeting, and outbound copywriting.
• Deep hands‑on experience with LinkedIn Sales Navigator.
• Analytical mindset able to interpret campaign data and make data‑driven adjustments.
