Logistics Reporting Analyst

About the role

Charger Logistics is an asset‑based carrier that delivers a wide range of freight, including dedicated loads, specialized hauls, temperature‑controlled goods and HAZMAT cargo. The company is expanding its San Pedro Sula office and seeks a Logistics Reporting Analyst to support operations and safety teams with data‑driven insights.

Key responsibilities

• Carry out research and create requirements using document analysis and constant interaction with various stakeholders.
• Define scope and objectives for projects in collaboration with business owners and technical teams.
• Develop business cases, prepare needs analysis and problem definitions, and identify current and desired future states.
• Produce clean and accurate documentation, including business requirements, technical specifications, and reports.
• Design technical solutions to resolve business problems and suggest improvements based on industry frameworks.
• Maintain ongoing communication with users regarding production issues and resolution strategies.

Required profile

• Advanced English proficiency.
• Power BI knowledge (preferred).
• High level of technical expertise.
• Ability to support operations and safety teams daily to ensure satisfaction and operational excellence.
• Strong interpersonal and client‑handling skills with expectation management.
• Self‑starter with good judgment, capable of proactively managing up.
• Accountable for results and driven to exceed expectations.
• Excellent time‑management, prioritisation and follow‑up abilities.
• Outstanding organisational and multitasking capabilities.
