About the role

As a Machine Learning Data Scientist at BairesDev, you will design, develop, and deploy advanced analytical models that solve complex business problems and drive data‑informed decision‑making across the organization.

Key responsibilities

• Design and implement end‑to‑end machine learning pipelines, from data ingestion to model deployment.
• Conduct statistical and exploratory data analysis, perform data cleaning, preprocessing, and feature engineering.
• Evaluate model performance with appropriate metrics and continuously optimize algorithms for scalability and accuracy.
• Collaborate with cross‑functional teams to integrate predictive models into production systems and business workflows.

Required profile

• 5+ years of experience in Data Science, Machine Learning, or a related quantitative field.
• Proven expertise in developing, testing, and deploying machine learning models.
• Advanced proficiency in English.
