Product Manager – AI‑Enabled Solutions

About the role

Applaudo is seeking an experienced Product Manager to translate complex business needs into clear, actionable product solutions. You will work closely with stakeholders and technical teams to shape product direction, prioritize features, and ensure successful delivery.

Key responsibilities

• Collaborate with business stakeholders to capture objectives, workflows, and expected outcomes, converting them into detailed product requirements, user stories, and acceptance criteria.
• Maintain accurate, traceable documentation, facilitate discussions between business and technical teams, and assess change requests for impact on scope, priorities, and delivery.
• Support roadmap planning, prioritization, and User Acceptance Testing by validating scenarios, reviewing defects, and ensuring alignment with agreed requirements.
• Leverage AI tools (ChatGPT, Claude, Copilot, Gemini) to enhance research, analysis, and documentation while validating outputs for accuracy.

Required profile

• 5+ years senior‑level experience in Product Management or Product Ownership, with a proven track record of making product decisions and managing priorities.
• Strong ability to gather, analyze, and document business requirements, including business rules, user stories, acceptance criteria, and functional specifications.
• Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills, capable of facilitating discussions, negotiating scope changes, and aligning business and technical teams.
• B2+ English proficiency.

Required skills

• Hands‑on experience with Jira, Confluence, Azure DevOps or equivalent requirement‑tracking tools.
• Practical use of AI tools such as ChatGPT, Claude, Copilot, or Gemini for product management workflows.
