About the role
We are looking for a passionate Media Planner focused on above‑the‑line (ATL) traditional media. You will join a multicultural, borderless team to design and execute communication strategies for advertising campaigns across TV, radio, print and out‑of‑home channels.
Key responsibilities
- Develop ATL communication strategies aligned with client objectives.
- Plan, schedule and launch campaigns on television, radio, newspapers, magazines and outdoor media.
- Monitor performance metrics, analyze results and recommend optimisations.
- Manage campaign budgets, negotiate rates with media owners and ensure cost‑effective placements.
- Collaborate with internal creative, account and production teams as well as external vendors to guarantee flawless execution.
Required profile
- University degree in Advertising, Marketing, Communication or a related field.
- Minimum 3 years of experience in ATL media planning within an agency or marketing department.
- Strong understanding of TV (open and cable), radio, print and outdoor measurement metrics.
- Proven ability to negotiate with media partners and manage campaign budgets.
Required skills
- Proficiency with audience‑analysis and media‑research tools.
