Medical Back Office Specialist

About the role

We are seeking a punctual, organized, and responsible Medical Back Office professional to support our medical operations. The role involves accurate documentation, timely communication, and efficient handling of administrative and patient‑care tasks across billing, records, intake, scheduling, or settlements.

Key responsibilities

• Maintain professionalism and confidentiality in line with HIPAA regulations.
• Provide excellent customer service to patients, attorneys, medical providers, and internal staff.
• Communicate effectively via phone, email, text messages, and internal platforms.
• Accurately record all work performed in the appropriate systems.
• Meet established productivity and quality metrics.
• Follow company policies, procedures, and compliance standards.
• Collaborate with other departments to ensure tasks are completed accurately and on time.
• Demonstrate strong accountability, organization, attention to detail, and problem‑solving abilities.

Required profile

• Strong English communication skills, both written and verbal.
• Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities.
• Professional phone and email etiquette.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Customer service experience preferred.
• Experience in healthcare, legal support, medical billing, medical records, or administrative services is a plus.
