Morning Shift Dispatcher - Weekends

About the role

We are looking for a motivated Morning Shift Dispatcher to join our San Pedro Sula team on weekends. The role supports the logistics operation by handling paperwork, responding to customer inquiries, and managing driver documentation while ensuring compliance with customs regulations.

Key responsibilities

• Respond to customer requests and queries via phone and email in a professional and timely manner.
• Coordinate with other departments to ensure all paperwork is accurately managed.
• Assist accounting with invoices, accounts receivable and accounts payable.
• Maintain driver files and fleet documents, ensuring proper documentation.
• Help drivers obtain necessary signatures on Bills of Lading and complete manifests.
• Prepare and process customs documentation (ACE, ACI, PAPS, PARS) according to regulations.
• Compile and review customs invoices, certificates of origin and other required documents.
• Enter new orders into the system and keep customer portals up‑to‑date.
• Generate reports, presentations, policies and other administrative documents.
• Prepare and submit weekly internal and client‑requested reports.
• Perform other ad‑hoc duties as needed.

Required profile

• Minimum 3 years experience in logistics or transportation.
• College diploma or degree; previous administrative logistics experience is a plus.
• Fluent English, both written and spoken.
• Strong time‑management skills with the ability to prioritize and multitask.
• Willingness to work an alternate Saturday or Sunday shift.

• Customs documentation systems (ACE, ACI, PAPS, PARS).
