Night Shift Customer Service Representative

About the role

Charger Logistics Inc. is a world‑class asset‑based carrier expanding its operations across North America. We are looking for a motivated Night Shift Customer Service Representative to join our team in San Pedro Sula, Honduras, providing logistics support and building strong customer relationships.

Key responsibilities

• Build expert and dynamic knowledge of company products and services.
• Engage with customers in an inviting, friendly and professional manner to build lasting relationships.
• Provide track and trace updates for shipments and continually update customers on order status.
• Enter, update and process customer orders across various interfaces and confirm pickup and delivery appointments for drivers.
• Coordinate with other departments to clear customs paperwork and follow established procedures for processing bills.

Required profile

• College diploma or university degree.
• Previous logistics or customer service experience is an asset.
• Strong problem‑solving ability and conflict‑resolution skills.
• Excellent time‑management with the ability to prioritize and multitask.
• Fluency in English.
