职位概况

负责拉美区（洪都拉斯、巴拿马）售后服务团队的建设与管理，提升服务质量，处理重大投诉与危机。

主要职责

组织团队建设、绩效考核及日常管理，提升专业素养。
建立并优化售后服务流程，确保效率与质量。
统筹客户服务请求，处理重大投诉，制定危机应对方案并监控关键指标。
对接当地服务合作商、配件供应商，维护合作关系。
高效对接总部相关部门，反馈区域售后情况并争取资源支持。

任职要求

西班牙语听说读写流利，能作为工作语言，具备跨文化沟通能力。
英语能力为加分项。
3年以上售后服务相关工作经验，具海外售后管理经验。
具一定的一线项目交付和管理经验。
能够长期派驻或出差至洪都拉斯、巴拿马等地区。
