About the role

The Business Officer will be responsible for managing and growing a portfolio of clients for Financiera CODIMERSA. This full‑time, onsite position focuses on identifying business opportunities and promoting the company’s financial products.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and maintain relationships with existing and prospective clients through regular visits.
• Identify and pursue new business opportunities to increase loan placements and portfolio growth.
• Process and follow up on credit operations, ensuring a smooth customer experience.
• Collaborate with internal teams to meet commercial targets and performance metrics.
• Provide accurate reporting on client activities and portfolio status.

Required profile

• Graduate or recent graduate in Accounting, Finance, Economics, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Minimum of 2 years experience in a financial institution.
• Proven experience in credit placement, fund acquisition, and portfolio administration.
• Strong negotiation and customer service abilities.
• Willingness to work in the field and travel to client locations.
