About the role

We are looking for a Junior Reconciliation Officer to support the operational and reconciliation activities for cash movements and transaction channels. The role involves reviewing, recording, analysing and monitoring differences to ensure the integrity of operational and accounting information and compliance with established controls.

Key responsibilities

• Execute operational and reconciliation tasks related to cash movements and assigned transaction channels, ensuring accurate and timely processing.
• Review, register and analyse discrepancies, performing follow‑up actions and documenting resolutions.
• Maintain precise records to guarantee the integrity of both operational and accounting data.
• Ensure adherence to internal control procedures, reporting standards and audit requirements.
• Prepare daily reconciliation reports and communicate findings to relevant stakeholders.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Finance or Accounting.
• Experience in operations, finance, accounting, channel management or related business areas.
• Familiarity with accounting processes and transactional workflows.

Required skills

• Proficiency with Microsoft Office tools.
