About the role
The Production Operator (Operario de Producción) performs non‑critical tasks on the first‑level production line in a food manufacturing environment. The role follows defined procedures, policies and processes to support the established production plan.
Key responsibilities
- Execute first‑level operational activities that are classified as non‑critical, ensuring productivity and adherence to production, quality and food safety standards.
- Complete assigned tasks efficiently, meeting the production load allocated to each area.
- Maintain product quality and safety in line with HACCP regulations and governmental requirements.
- Care for company assets, ensuring proper use and functionality of equipment.
Required profile
- Primary education (sixth grade) or equivalent.
- No prior experience required.
