About the role
We are looking for a Production Operator (Operario de Producción 1) to join our manufacturing floor. The role focuses on non‑critical, first‑level tasks in a food‑processing environment, ensuring the daily production plan is met while maintaining quality and safety standards.
Key responsibilities
- Carry out first‑level operational activities that are classified as non‑critical.
- Maintain productivity and meet the assigned production load for each area.
- Follow established quality, food safety (HACCP) and regulatory standards.
- Handle equipment and tools responsibly, ensuring proper use and upkeep.
- Protect company assets by reporting any issues promptly.
Required profile
- Primary education completed (sixth grade).
- No prior work experience required.
- Ability to follow procedures, policies and defined processes.
