About the role

Charger Logistics is seeking an Operations Support Associate to coordinate driver dispatch, monitor shipments, and ensure smooth freight operations. The role is ideal for a proactive individual who enjoys problem‑solving in a fast‑paced logistics environment.

Key responsibilities

• Coordinate and dispatch drivers for pickups and deliveries, optimizing routes using mapping software.
• Monitor shipment progress and driver locations, providing real‑time updates to internal teams and customers.
• Enter and maintain accurate load information in internal systems and customer portals.
• Assist drivers with routing guidance and ensure compliance with freight procedures and safety protocols.
• Collaborate with other departments to resolve operational challenges and improve service quality.
• Analyze daily transportation plans to identify efficiency improvements.

Required profile

• College diploma or university degree.
• Previous logistics or customer‑service experience is an asset.
• Strong problem‑solving ability and conflict‑resolution skills.
• Excellent time‑management and multitasking capabilities.
• Fluency in English.
