About the role

Charger Logistics, a world‑class asset‑based carrier, is expanding its San Pedro Sula office and seeks an Overnight Analyst to support operations during night shifts. The role involves analysing business requirements, documenting solutions and ensuring smooth production processes.

Key responsibilities

• Conduct research, document analysis and interact with stakeholders to gather requirements.
• Define project scope, objectives and develop business cases or project summaries.
• Prepare professional dashboards, needs analyses and gap assessments.
• Produce clear documentation such as business requirements and technical specifications.
• Develop technical solutions to improve efficiency and resolve business problems.
• Communicate status of production issues to users and suggest resolution methods.

Required profile

• Advanced English proficiency.
• Self‑starter with good judgment and ability to manage expectations.
• Strong time‑management, prioritisation and organisational skills.
• Ability to support operations and safety teams daily.
