Patient Care Coordinator

About the role

The Patient Care Coordinator (PCC) serves as the central liaison between patients, healthcare providers, attorneys, surgery centers, and external organizations. This role ensures seamless communication, efficient workflow, and high‑quality support throughout the patient journey.

Key responsibilities

• Act as the primary point of contact for patients, providers, attorneys, and third‑party organizations.
• Maintain timely, accurate communication across all stakeholders.
• Support clinic operations through administrative and coordination tasks.
• Collaborate with internal teams to ensure continuity of care and successful outcomes.
• Ensure compliance with HIPAA regulations and internal policies.
• Coordinate recommendations, treatment plans, and follow‑up instructions.
• Manage liens administration, surgery lien agreements, and related documentation.
• Handle medical records requests and transmit records securely.
• Schedule appointments, procedures, injections, and treatments via inbound and outbound calls.
• Prepare provider schedules, generate reports, and distribute prescription forms.
• Send confirmations, reminders, and instructions to patients and authorized parties.
• Perform additional patient‑care and administrative duties as needed.

Required profile

• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively.
• High attention to detail and strong organizational abilities.
• Experience in healthcare, legal, or administrative environments preferred.
• Collaborative mindset in a fast‑paced setting.
• Proficiency in English at C1‑C2 level.
