Personal Injury Case Manager (Remote, Freelance)

About the role

We are looking for a highly organized Personal Injury Case Manager to support our legal team remotely. You will manage cases from intake through settlement or litigation, ensuring smooth communication between clients, attorneys, insurers, and medical providers.

Key responsibilities

• Manage a full caseload of personal injury matters from intake to resolution.
• Maintain regular, empathetic communication with clients, providing updates and answering questions.
• Coordinate medical treatment, request and organize medical records and bills.
• Liaise with attorneys, insurance companies, medical providers, and other third parties.
• Track case deadlines, follow up on outstanding tasks, and keep cases on schedule.
• Document case notes, records, and files in the legal case management system.
• Assist in preparing demand packages, settlement documentation, and other case materials.
• Support attorneys with general case preparation and progression.
• Ensure confidentiality and compliance with legal and ethical standards.

Required profile

• Proven experience as a Personal Injury Case Manager or similar legal support role.
• Strong knowledge of personal injury processes, terminology, and case lifecycle.
• Excellent written and verbal English communication skills.
• Strong organizational and time‑management abilities.
• Ability to work independently in a fully remote environment.
• Reliable internet connection and a quiet, professional home workspace.
