Personal Injury Intake Specialist

About the role

We are seeking a bilingual Personal Injury Intake Specialist to serve as the first point of contact for prospective clients of a leading U.S. personal injury law firm. In this remote position, you will provide compassionate support, evaluate new cases, and ensure a seamless client experience from the initial call through consultation scheduling.

Key responsibilities

• Answer inbound calls from potential clients and conduct thorough personal injury intake interviews.
• Gather, verify, and document case details in the firm’s CRM system.
• Schedule attorney consultations and follow‑up appointments.
• Maintain accurate and up‑to‑date client records within the legal CRM.
• Deliver exceptional customer service throughout the intake process.

Required profile

• Minimum 1 year of intake specialist experience with a U.S. law firm.
• Prior experience handling personal injury cases.
• Fluent in English and Spanish.
• Strong communication, organization, and customer‑service abilities.

Required skills

• Experience with legal CRM platforms such as Clio, Litify, Filevine, SmartAdvocate, or MyCase.
