About the role

This unpaid internship offers a hands‑on opportunity for a passionate design student to support the creation of visual and audiovisual content that strengthens internal communication. You will work closely with the communications team, contribute ideas, and see your work published across multiple channels.

Key responsibilities

• Design graphic assets for internal use such as banners, invitations, posters, and presentations.
• Assist in producing and editing short videos, reels, testimonials, and event coverage.
• Adapt visual assets to various formats and channels (screens, email, social media, print).
• Collaborate on the creative concept of internal campaigns.
• Support recording sessions with basic set‑up, lighting, and simple audio.
• Maintain and organize a visual resource library of photos, videos, and templates.
• Ensure all outputs follow the brand guidelines and visual style.

Required profile

• Final‑year student or recent graduate in Graphic Design, Audiovisual Communication or a related field.
• Creative, proactive, and eager to learn.
• Strong visual eye with attention to detail.
• Team player capable of meeting deadlines.
• Interest in organizational culture and internal communication (a plus).

Required skills

• Basic to intermediate proficiency with Adobe Illustrator and Photoshop.
• Experience with Premiere Pro and/or After Effects.
• Familiarity with Canva.
• Video and photo editing capabilities.
• Ability to operate a camera, smartphone, and drone for recordings.
