Procurement Analyst

About the role
The Procurement Analyst ensures that all materials and components are available on time and in the correct quantities to support production schedules and prevent line stops or delivery delays. This role works closely with suppliers to align deliveries with the company's inventory strategy.
Key responsibilities
- Provide suppliers with firmed quantities and defined delivery dates.
- Share mid‑term forecasts to help suppliers optimize production.
- Collaborate on cost optimization, shipment frequency, and delivery accuracy.
- Define supply strategy in line with global inventory goals.
- Monitor inventory levels, safety stock, and raw‑material pipelines.
- Ensure quality checks at material reception and manage excess or obsolete stock.
Required profile
- Bachelor’s degree in logistics, industrial engineering or a related field.
- Knowledge of industrial processes, raw materials, components and inventory management.
- Strong communication skills and service‑oriented mindset.
