Procurement Analyst – Supply Chain & Inventory Management

About the role

We are looking for a Procurement Analyst to ensure that all materials and components are available on time according to the weekly production plan and stock strategy. You will work closely with suppliers and internal teams to keep the shop floor running smoothly and avoid delivery delays.

Key responsibilities

• Communicate firmed quantities and delivery dates to suppliers.
• Provide mid‑term forecasts to help suppliers optimise production.
• Collaborate on cost optimisation, shipment frequency and delivery accuracy.
• Define supply strategy aligned with global inventory targets for value and days of stock.
• Purchase raw materials and components according to production schedules and stock policies.
• Monitor inventory levels, safety stock, and pipeline coverage.
• Oversee quality checks at material reception.
• Identify and manage excess or obsolete raw material.

Required profile

• 3‑5 years of experience in procurement or supply chain, preferably in the automotive industry.
• Advanced English proficiency.
• Bachelor’s degree in logistics, industrial engineering or a related field.
• Strong knowledge of industrial processes, raw materials, components and inventory management.
• Effective communication and service‑oriented mindset.
