Procurement Specialist – Remote (Latin America)

About the role

We are looking for a high‑energy Strategic Sourcing Specialist to expand our global manufacturing and logistics network. The position is 100 % remote and focuses on identifying, vetting, and securing apparel decorators, overseas factories and freight partners worldwide.

Key responsibilities

• Prospect and build a pipeline of factories, decorators and logistics partners using Google, social media and AI tools.
• Conduct outreach via calls, emails and video meetings to negotiate competitive terms and establish long‑term relationships.
• Scout, evaluate and partner with freight forwarders, customs brokers and decorators to improve shipping routes, transit times and costs.
• Drive cost‑saving initiatives, expand production capacity in LATAM and Asia, and enhance logistics speed.

Required profile

• Fully bilingual in English and Spanish (minimum 90 % proficiency).
• 3–5 years of experience in sales, collections, sourcing or partner acquisition.
• Outgoing, persistent negotiator with strong research and detail‑orientation.
• Proficient at using digital tools to reach decision‑makers and navigate company hierarchies.
• Nice‑to‑have background in apparel manufacturing, textiles, promotional products or international freight logistics.
