About the role
We are seeking an Operations Analyst to support US transport operations, ensuring data integrity and up‑to‑date operational metrics. The role combines form processing, portal verification, and client relationship management.
Key responsibilities
- Review and respond to 5500 forms within client‑specified timeframes.
- Verify that portal uploads match the original email submissions.
- Escalate any processing issues promptly.
- Identify potential problems before they become critical.
- Update client information in the Transport Management System (TMS) as needed.
- Build additional trips in the system as directed by the Account Manager.
- Maintain professional relationships with clients, colleagues, and external vendors.
Required profile
- Previous experience in transport operations, logistics, or TMS.
- Strong attention to detail and accurate report handling.
- Excellent spoken and written English.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to meet metrics and deadlines.
