Project Manager - Remote Work

About the role

BairesDev is seeking a remote Project Manager to lead technology projects for a portfolio of global clients. You will collaborate with engineering teams to ensure projects are delivered on time, within scope, and to client satisfaction.

Key responsibilities

• Plan, monitor, and guide project progress from initiation to delivery.
• Coordinate processes, maintain quality standards, and track performance metrics.
• Manage budgets and project timelines, ensuring alignment with client expectations.
• Facilitate clear communication among team members, stakeholders, and clients.
• Identify growth opportunities and support technology implementation initiatives.

Required profile

• Proven experience in project management or a related field.
• Familiarity with project management methodologies and Agile practices.
• Degree in Engineering, Computer Science, or a related discipline (preferred).
• Strong communication and leadership abilities.
• Fluent English, both written and spoken.
