About the role

We are looking for a Junior Recruiter to join BairesDev’s talent acquisition team. In this remote position you will support the end‑to‑end recruitment process, helping to attract and hire qualified candidates for a variety of technical roles.

Key responsibilities

• Source candidates through job boards, social media, and professional networks.
• Screen resumes and conduct initial candidate evaluations.
• Schedule and coordinate interviews with candidates and hiring managers.
• Maintain the applicant tracking system and candidate database.
• Assist in developing and implementing recruitment strategies.
• Draft job descriptions and publish vacancies on multiple platforms.

Required profile

• At least 1 year of experience in recruitment or HR‑related roles.
• Familiarity with sourcing techniques and applicant tracking systems.
• Basic understanding of HR processes and recruitment best practices.
• Strong communication and interpersonal abilities.
• Effective time‑management and task‑prioritization skills.
• Good command of English.

Required skills

• Experience with an Applicant Tracking System (ATS).
