Recruiter / Talent Acquisition Specialist (Remote)

About the role

A client that coordinates delivery of tires and auto parts through a network of independent drivers is looking for a proactive Recruiter to support hiring for independent contractor drivers, employee drivers and key management roles. The role manages the full recruiting process, from sourcing and screening to coordinating interviews and supporting onboarding, and partners with hiring managers. It is remote, with an 8am-5pm EST schedule Monday to Friday, and requires C2-level English.

Key responsibilities

• Sourcing candidates through LinkedIn, job boards, databases, referrals and social media, and building talent pipelines for frequent and hard-to-fill positions
• Reviewing and screening high volumes of applications while maintaining hiring standards
• Conducting initial interviews and assessing experience, communication skills, professionalism and fit
• Maintaining accurate candidate records, stages, notes and activity in the ATS
• Communicating with candidates throughout the process and identifying bottlenecks to improve efficiency
• Helping develop recruiting templates, screening processes, interview guides, assessments, workflows and SOPs as the company grows
• Using AI and automation tools to boost productivity while keeping high recruiting standards

Required profile

• 3+ years of recruiting or talent acquisition experience, ideally in staffing, BPO, recruitment agencies, outsourcing or other high-volume hiring environments
• C2-level written and spoken English; the role recruits for U.S. companies where English is the main language
• Proven experience managing multiple roles and large candidate pipelines at once
• Strong organizational skills, attention to detail and ability to work independently in a fast pace
