About the role
The Recruitment Assistant works full‑time on‑site in San Pedro Sula, supporting the end‑to‑end recruitment process. This role ensures smooth coordination between hiring managers, candidates, and internal stakeholders.
Key responsibilities
- Post job openings and screen applications.
- Coordinate and confirm interview schedules with hiring managers.
- Gather interview feedback and communicate promptly with candidates.
- Maintain candidate records and update the applicant tracking system.
- Prepare recruitment documents, reports, and onboarding logistics for new hires.
Required profile
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Customer‑service orientation with a candidate‑focused approach.
- Experience in administrative assistance, including file organization and scheduling.
- High school diploma required; post‑secondary studies in HR or Business Administration are a plus.
Required skills
- Proficiency with office productivity tools.
- Basic knowledge of HR or applicant tracking systems.
