Remote Recruiter for Door-to-Door Sales Team

About the role

We are a US‑based marketing company looking for a dedicated Recruiter to support hiring for our door‑to‑door sales team and occasional marketing roles. The position is fully remote and focuses on posting jobs, screening candidates, and managing the interview process.

Key responsibilities

• Post job listings on LinkedIn, Indeed, ZipRecruiter and other job boards; refresh listings as needed.
• Conduct initial resume screenings and phone interviews, schedule qualified candidates using an auto‑dialing system.
• Maintain communication with candidates via calls, texts and email; confirm daily interviews and follow up on missed appointments.
• Track and improve retention rate from first‑round to second‑round interviews.
• Update the company’s digital footprint, including website job postings and recent company reviews.
• Provide daily updates to the market manager.

Required profile

• 3+ years recruiting experience, preferably in sales or marketing.
• 2+ years remote interviewing experience, especially via Zoom.
• Strong verbal English skills and comfort speaking on the phone.
• Excellent organizational abilities and attention to detail.
• Ability to meet candidate intake and retention metrics.

Required skills

• Experience with Zoom for remote interviews.
• Familiarity with Applicant Stream and other applicant tracking systems.
• Proficiency using LinkedIn, Indeed, ZipRecruiter and similar job posting platforms.
