Recruitment Specialist (Remote)

About the role

Viva Talent is looking for a Recruitment Specialist to guide candidates from application through pre‑onboarding and help improve the hiring process with data, AI and automation. You will work remotely across Latin America, supporting a mission to create meaningful career opportunities for women in the region.

Key responsibilities

• Review applications, conduct interviews, communicate with candidates and maintain the ATS pipeline.
• Create a clear, timely and respectful candidate experience at every stage.
• Identify friction points using data and feedback, then implement practical improvements.
• Design smarter workflows by leveraging AI and automation tools.

Required profile

• At least 1 year of experience improving candidate, employee or customer experiences.
• Strong written and spoken English (C1+ level) and excellent communication skills.
• Proactive, resource‑ful and detail‑oriented with a creative mindset.
• Committed to staying at least 2 years in a recent role.

Required skills

• Comfortable using Notion, Google Workspace and spreadsheet tools.
• Experience with ATS platforms and automation tools, and curiosity about AI applications.
