About the role

As a Remote Bilingual Customer Support Representative you will be the first point of contact for individuals involved in motor vehicle accidents, helping them connect with experienced personal injury attorneys. The position is fully remote and offers a full‑time schedule with paid training and performance‑based earnings.

Key responsibilities

• Answer inbound calls from potential clients seeking legal assistance.
• Make outbound follow‑up calls to individuals who previously requested information.
• Gather accurate details about the client and the accident.
• Apply the qualification process to determine case eligibility.
• Document all information accurately in the company CRM.
• Transfer qualified cases to partner law firms.
• Maintain confidentiality and deliver a high‑quality customer experience.

Required profile

• Fluent in English (C1 level) and Spanish (native or fluent).
• Excellent communication and active‑listening abilities.
• Strong attention to detail and professional phone etiquette.
• Self‑motivated, reliable, and able to work independently in a remote environment.
• Positive attitude and willingness to learn; no prior experience required.
