Remote Project Manager (Tech Projects)

About the role

BairesDev is seeking a Remote Project Manager to lead technology projects for a portfolio of clients ranging from large enterprises to innovative startups. You will collaborate with engineering teams to ensure projects are delivered on time, within scope, and to client satisfaction.

Key responsibilities

• Plan, monitor, and report on project progress.
• Coordinate processes, maintain quality standards, and manage budgets.
• Facilitate communication among team members, clients, and stakeholders.
• Identify growth opportunities and support technology implementation initiatives.

Required profile

• Proven experience in project management or a related field.
• Understanding of project management methodologies and Agile practices.
• Degree in Engineering, Computer Science, or a related discipline (preferred).
• Strong communication and leadership abilities.
• Fluent English, both written and spoken.
