Remote Property Management Assistant (Honduras)

About the role

We are looking for a remote Property Management Assistant to join our US‑based real‑estate brokerage. The position supports landlord communications, manages property software, and coordinates maintenance while working directly with the Property Manager.

Key responsibilities

• Respond promptly to landlord inquiries.
• Administer AppFolio (or Buildium/Rent Manager) for work orders, owner statements, and move‑ins/move‑outs.
• Coordinate maintenance requests and track progress.
• Prepare and deliver regular owner reports.
• Collaborate closely with the Property Manager on daily operations.

Required profile

• 1–3+ years of experience using AppFolio, Buildium, or Rent Manager in a US property‑management setting.
• Excellent written and spoken English.
• Availability to work 8 am–5 pm US Pacific Time.
• Demonstrated ability to stay in a role for an average of 18 months or longer.
