Remote Recruiter – High‑Volume Talent Acquisition Coordinator

About the role

We are seeking a Remote Recruiter to join our talent acquisition team as an independent contractor. Working evenings and weekends, you will help keep our hiring pipeline moving for high‑volume, after‑hours applicants. This position offers a fixed monthly payment and full remote flexibility.

Key responsibilities

• Process large volumes of candidate applications, especially those submitted late in the week or after regular business hours.
• Screen resumes and perform initial qualification checks against role criteria.
• Advance qualified candidates and promptly disposition unqualified ones in SmartRecruiters.
• Maintain accurate candidate progress tracking within the ATS.
• Prepare candidate summaries and supporting documents for recruiter review each morning.
• Communicate with candidates via email, phone, and SMS to ensure a positive experience.
• Coordinate and schedule interviews across multiple hiring teams.

Required profile

• Prior experience supporting U.S.‑based, high‑volume recruiting operations.
• Familiarity with applicant tracking systems, preferably SmartRecruiters.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills in English; Spanish proficiency is a plus.
• Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
• Comfortable handling metric‑driven recruiting environments.

What we offer

• Monthly compensation of $1,200 USD.
• Fully remote work schedule: Wednesday – Sunday, 5:00 PM – 2:00 AM ET.
