Remote Sales Representative – Managed IT Services

About the role

IT Support Leaders is seeking a full‑time Remote Sales Representative to drive growth of its managed IT services portfolio. You will work independently from any location, engaging prospective businesses, understanding their technology needs, and positioning our solutions as strategic partners.

Key responsibilities

• Identify, qualify, and nurture new B2B prospects through research and outreach.
• Conduct discovery calls and present managed IT service offerings that align with client objectives.
• Maintain and update the sales pipeline, preparing proposals, quotes, and coordinating product demonstrations with technical staff.
• Follow up consistently to advance opportunities through the sales cycle.
• Record all activities accurately in the CRM and collaborate with service and support teams to ensure smooth client onboarding.
• Participate in virtual meetings, trainings, and performance reviews.

Required profile

• Proven ability in consultative selling, prospecting, lead qualification, and pipeline management.
• Strong communication, negotiation, relationship‑building, and presentation skills.
• Experience with CRM platforms, Microsoft Office or Google Workspace, and online meeting tools.
• Understanding of managed IT services, cloud solutions, or a willingness to learn quickly.
• Self‑motivated, organized, and capable of thriving in a remote work environment.
• Previous B2B sales experience in technology or professional services is a plus.
• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, or equivalent practical experience preferred.
