Jr. Trade Marketing

About the role

As a Junior Trade Marketing professional you will drive business growth across the traditional channel/Indirect Trade for Colgate‑Palmolive. You will partner with distributors and wholesalers to execute route‑to‑market strategies, improve sales performance and increase market share.

Key responsibilities

• Lead execution of strategic route plans and 5‑P field standards across assigned distributor and wholesaler accounts to meet volume and profitability targets.
• Coach and train distributor sales teams on customer service excellence and product execution strategies.
• Analyze sales performance metrics, distribution coverage and inventory rotation to identify growth opportunities.
• Monitor promotional activities, track competitor movements and recommend agile commercial action plans.
• Conduct structured field visits and customer consultations to ensure service standards, policy compliance and strong partner relationships.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Engineering or related fields.
• Intermediate level of English.
• At least 6 months of professional experience in commercial roles (preferred 6‑12 months in sales or FMCG).
