Remote Workday HCM Systems Analyst (Temp)

About the role

Compassion International seeks a skilled Workday HCM Systems Analyst to provide functional and technical support for its People & Culture Workday platform. This temporary, fully remote position runs from July 2026 to June 30, 2027 and serves multiple Latin American countries.

Key responsibilities

• Resolve complex Workday HCM issues following best‑practice procedures.
• Maintain system health through scheduled testing, user administration, security, data integrity and reporting.
• Develop and deliver robust Workday reports to meet user needs.
• Manage release cycles and support user training initiatives.
• Collaborate on international projects and ensure child‑protection compliance.

Required profile

• Minimum four years of experience with HR systems, specifically Workday HCM.
• Strong background in configuration, administration, and reporting within Workday.
• Fluent oral and written English.
• Ability to work independently in a remote environment.
