Reporting Analyst

About the role

Charger logistics Inc. is seeking a Reporting Analyst to join its San Pedro Sula office. The role focuses on gathering business requirements, creating analytical reports, and supporting stakeholders with data‑driven insights.

Key responsibilities

• Research and document shop requirements through stakeholder interaction and document analysis.
• Define project scope, develop business cases, and identify current vs. desired states.
• Produce clean documentation, including business requirements and technical specifications, and write findings in report form.
• Develop technical solutions using Power BI or Tableau to improve efficiency and resolve business problems.
• Communicate production issues to users and coordinate resolutions with the shop and maintenance teams.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in business, statistics, computer science, economics, finance or mathematics.
• 2‑3 years of experience as an analyst or in a similar role.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills and ability to work independently.

Required skills

• Power BI (desktop, certification preferred).
• Tableau Desktop and Tableau Server.
• Microsoft Office suite, especially Excel.
