Sales Account Specialist (Healthcare)

About the role

Labhospy, a distributor and importer of medical supplies, laboratory materials, hospital products and high‑quality chemicals, is seeking a Sales Account Specialist to strengthen its commercial team. The role is ideal for health‑care professionals – such as nurses or related backgrounds – who own a vehicle and wish to develop a career in sales through office prospecting and direct visits to key clients.

Key responsibilities

• Plan and execute field visits to hospitals, clinics, laboratories and industrial customers, complemented by phone and digital prospecting from the office.
• Identify client needs, present Labhospy’s product catalogue, and close effective negotiations.
• Provide technical training on product use and deliver close post‑sale support.
• Maintain long‑term relationships with purchasing managers, medical staff and senior executives.

Required profile

• Background in health‑care (nursing, microbiology, pharmacy or related fields preferred, but not mandatory).
• Own a reliable vehicle and be available to travel locally or regionally.
• Strong goal orientation, negotiation ability, and a proactive attitude toward opportunity detection.
• Excellent communication, self‑motivation, organization and the capacity to work autonomously under sales targets.
• Experience in selling medical supplies, chemicals or working directly in hospital/laboratory environments is desirable.
