Sales Agent – Outbound & Inbound Calls

About the role

K&G Business is seeking a full‑time Sales Agent to work on‑site in San Pedro Sula. You will handle both outbound and inbound calls, present the company’s products and services, and guide prospects through the sales process.

Key responsibilities

• Make outbound calls to potential customers and respond to inbound inquiries.
• Present product and service offerings clearly and persuasively.
• Identify customer needs, propose appropriate solutions, and follow up to close sales.
• Maintain accurate records of all interactions in the CRM system.
• Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets.
• Collaborate with supervisors and teammates to continuously improve performance.
• Participate in regular training sessions to stay updated on product knowledge, scripts, and compliance.

Required profile

• Strong verbal and written communication skills with active listening.
• Proven customer‑service experience focused on empathy and problem‑solving.
• Demonstrated sales abilities, including prospecting, negotiating, and closing.
• Basic knowledge of insurance products or willingness to learn through training.
• High school diploma or equivalent; post‑secondary education in business, marketing, or related fields is a plus.
• Comfortable working in a high‑volume call‑center environment.
• Flexible schedule and ability to work on‑site in San Pedro Sula.
