About the role

Join UnifyCX as a Seasonal Customer Service Associate in San Pedro Sula, Honduras. You will deliver high‑quality support to customers through phone, email and live chat, ensuring their issues are resolved quickly and professionally.

Key responsibilities

• Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email and live chat in a timely manner.
• Provide accurate information about products, services, policies and promotions.
• Resolve complaints efficiently by identifying issues and offering appropriate solutions.
• Process orders, returns and exchanges while maintaining compliance with company policies.
• Maintain detailed records of all customer interactions and transactions.
• Collaborate with internal teams to escalate and resolve complex concerns.
• Follow up with customers to confirm satisfaction and nurture positive relationships.

Required profile

• Minimum six months of experience in customer support.
• English proficiency at B2‑C1 level.
• Willingness to work overtime as needed.
• Strong verbal and written communication abilities.
• Excellent problem‑solving and conflict‑resolution skills.
• Ability to handle high volumes of interactions professionally.

Required skills

• Proficiency in using standard office software for documentation.
• Familiarity with multi‑channel communication tools (phone, email, chat).
