Selection Coordinator

About the role

The Selection Coordinator provides day‑to‑day management to a designated selection team. This role is part of a group that designs and executes assessment methods to identify top talent for agent positions.

Key responsibilities

• Supervise selection specialists using BEST follow‑up templates and ensure compliance with candidate profiles.
• Oversee the entire selection process, implement improvements, and manage document signing for all candidates.
• Develop agent job descriptions per line‑of‑business following BEST processes and templates.
• Control the hiring workflow through Teleperformance tools and report daily fill‑in rate updates.
• Coordinate with training, operations, staffing, planning, and payroll to guarantee generation coverage and capacity.
• Maintain interview and assessment rooms, ensuring proper environment, facilities and equipment.
• Participate in new‑hire analysis, PTL meetings and maintain positive candidate experience.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree preferred in psychology, human resources, administration or related fields.
• Minimum 1 year of experience in administration, HR, call‑center management, performance management or recruitment and selection.
• Strong knowledge of selection methods, employment and reference checking, and experience managing a team of selection specialists.
• Prior management experience with the ability to lead a recruiting and selection team.
