Senior Automation Tester in JavaScript

About the role

We are seeking a Senior Automation Tester with strong JavaScript expertise to join our Agile product team. You will work on customer‑facing web applications and APIs, building and maintaining automated test suites that ensure high‑quality releases.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and maintain automated tests for web applications and APIs using JavaScript/TypeScript.
• Enhance existing automation frameworks (WebDriverIO, Selenium) and test utilities.
• Create automated coverage for new features and regression scenarios.
• Execute functional and regression testing as part of each release cycle.
• Investigate test failures, collaborate with developers to identify root causes, and manage defects.
• Support integration of automation frameworks with CI/CD pipelines and test‑management tools (qTest, TestRail).
• Participate in Agile ceremonies and share automation best practices across the team.

Required profile

• 3+ years of test‑automation experience for web applications.
• Proficiency in JavaScript, TypeScript, and Node.js.
• Hands‑on experience with modern automation frameworks such as WebDriverIO or Selenium.
• Solid knowledge of API testing tools like Postman.
• Experience with Git, CI/CD pipelines, and cloud‑based test execution platforms (e.g., LambdaTest).
• Good communication skills and ability to work in Agile teams.
