Senior Enterprise AI Productivity Specialist (Remote)

About the role

We are seeking a Senior Enterprise AI Productivity Specialist to design, evaluate, and document AI‑powered workflows that deliver measurable productivity gains across large organizations. This remote contract position will focus on leveraging leading generative AI platforms to automate and optimize business processes.

Key responsibilities

• Design, evaluate, and document enterprise‑grade AI workflows that improve productivity.
• Develop and optimize workflow automation using platforms such as ChatGPT Work, Claude Cowork, Codex, or equivalents.
• Architect cross‑platform AI solutions ensuring portability and interoperability across varied enterprise environments.
• Integrate AI systems with knowledge‑management, collaboration, and business‑process platforms.
• Enable AI adoption initiatives, providing change‑management guidance and best‑practice recommendations.
• Identify, analyze, and recommend process improvements using a data‑driven, systems‑thinking approach.
• Produce clear documentation, executive presentations, case studies, and impact reports to communicate business value.

Required profile

• 5+ years of experience in enterprise environments with a proven record of using generative AI tools to boost productivity.
• Demonstrated success designing and deploying AI‑powered workflow automations at scale.
• Strong expertise in AI workflow design, business process optimization, and enterprise knowledge‑management systems.
• Experience driving AI adoption and enabling cross‑functional teams.
• Background in enterprise change‑management initiatives focused on digital transformation.
• Excellent systems‑thinking skills and ability to deliver actionable insights aligned with organizational goals.
