Senior Infrastructure Engineer

About the role

We are seeking a hands‑on Senior Infrastructure Engineer to lead complex technology initiatives from planning through implementation. You will own client onboarding, coordinate infrastructure projects, execute cloud and system migrations, and act as the technical escalation point for challenging infrastructure issues.

Key responsibilities

• Lead end‑to‑end technology projects, ensuring timely delivery and alignment with client requirements.
• Manage onboarding of new clients and coordinate implementation activities.
• Plan, configure, and deploy cybersecurity solutions.
• Implement, administer, and migrate Egnyte environments.
• Execute infrastructure migrations to cloud platforms.
• Configure and administer Microsoft Office 365 services.
• Manage DNS migrations, configuration, and administration.
• Coordinate business telephony and VoIP system migrations.
• Configure firewalls and network security controls.
• Perform server migrations, replication, and continuity tasks.
• Implement backup solutions, disaster recovery strategies, and business continuity procedures.
• Maintain technical documentation and client‑specific procedures.
• Serve as a specialized escalation resource for complex infrastructure issues.

Required profile

• Strong knowledge of IT infrastructure implementation, administration, and migration.
• Hands‑on experience with cybersecurity solutions and security controls.
• Proven experience with Egnyte administration and migration projects.
• Experience in cloud infrastructure migrations and cloud‑based environments.
• Solid understanding of DNS configuration and migration.
• Solid networking fundamentals, including TCP/IP, routing, firewalls, and connectivity troubleshooting.
• Experience with Windows Server administration, virtualization, and server replication.
• Knowledge of backup technologies and disaster recovery processes.
