Senior Loan Servicing Specialist (Bilingual English/Spanish)

About the role

We are seeking a bilingual (English/Spanish) Senior Loan Servicing Specialist to join our mortgage operations team. The role focuses on accurate daily loan servicing, cash reconciliation, and regulatory compliance, supporting the end‑to‑end loan lifecycle.

Key responsibilities

• Process daily servicing activities including payment applications, payoff statements, and service release transfers.
• Ensure accurate daily reconciliation of cash and payments and generate related reports.
• Monitor loans scheduled for servicing transfer and ensure timely, accurate execution.
• Prepare payoff statements and manage related disbursements.
• Maintain compliance with federal, state, and investor regulations such as RESPA and TILA.
• Act as escalation point for complex servicing and customer service cases, ensuring timely resolution.
• Collaborate with Compliance, Accounting, and IT departments to improve servicing processes and controls.

Required profile

• Bilingual in English and Spanish (required).
• Background in Accounting or Finance.
• Strong analytical and problem‑solving abilities.
• High attention to detail and strong organizational skills.

Required skills

• Advanced Excel (financial functions, reconciliations, reporting).
