Senior Loan Servicing Specialist (Full-Time)

About the role

We are seeking a bilingual Senior Loan Servicing Specialist to join our dynamic mortgage team. The role focuses on accurate loan servicing operations, ensuring compliance and timely processing of payments and transfers.

Key responsibilities

• Process daily servicing activities including payment applications, payoff statements, and service release transfers.
• Ensure accurate daily reconciliation of cash and payments, along with reporting.
• Monitor loans scheduled for servicing transfer and ensure timely and accurate execution.
• Process payoff statements and related disbursements.
• Maintain compliance with federal, state, and investor regulations such as RESPA and TILA.
• Act as escalation point for complex servicing and customer service cases.
• Collaborate with Compliance, Accounting, and IT to improve processes and controls.

Required profile

• Bilingual in English and Spanish (required).
• Background in Accounting or Finance.
• Advanced Excel skills, including financial functions, reconciliations, and reporting.
• Strong analytical and problem‑solving abilities.
• High attention to detail and strong organizational skills.
