Senior Network Engineer

About the role

We are seeking a Senior Network Engineer to lead the design, implementation and ongoing optimization of our enterprise network across multiple locations. The role ensures that LAN, WAN, wireless, cloud and data‑center connectivity remain highly available, secure and performant.

Key responsibilities

• Design, deploy and support enterprise network architectures, ensuring scalability and high availability.
• Lead network infrastructure upgrades, migrations, refreshes and modernization projects.
• Configure, maintain and troubleshoot routing and switching protocols such as BGP, OSPF, EIGRP, MPLS, VLANs, STP and QoS.
• Manage LAN, WAN, SD‑WAN, VPN, Internet and cloud connectivity solutions.
• Implement and maintain network security controls including firewalls, VPNs and Cisco ISE.
• Collaborate with cybersecurity teams to enforce security policies and respond to incidents.
• Monitor network health, capacity and performance using management tools; conduct root‑cause analysis and capacity planning.
• Integrate network connectivity with AWS, Microsoft Azure and Google Cloud, supporting hybrid cloud designs.
• Create and maintain network diagrams, standards, documentation and asset inventories.
• Provide technical mentorship to junior engineers and act as escalation point for complex issues.

Required profile

• Extensive experience designing and operating enterprise‑scale networks.
• Strong analytical and problem‑solving abilities.
• Proven ability to work cross‑functionally with security, cloud and infrastructure teams.
• Excellent communication skills for documentation and mentorship.
