About the role

The Energy Engineer Supervisor coordinates, executes, and monitors preventive and corrective maintenance tasks for the electromechanical infrastructure of critical sites, transmission concentrators, and data centers. The role ensures continuous operation, compliance with provider agreements, and 24/7 monitoring of facilities.

Key responsibilities

• Supervise operation and maintenance of physical facilities in data centers, critical sites, and transmission concentrators.
• Coordinate with maintenance, access control, asset security, data operations, sales, public relations, customer service, and managed services teams.
• Manage annual OPEX and CAPEX budgets for electromechanical infrastructure.
• Perform 24/7 monitoring and preventive maintenance shifts.
• Support engineering in planning, designing, and executing infrastructure expansions and upgrades.
• Develop, enforce, and update departmental policies and procedures.
• Train, supervise, evaluate, and assist in recruiting technical staff.
• Maintain inventories and ensure availability of materials, equipment, and spare parts.
• Prepare operational and maintenance reports, audit follow‑ups, and incident documentation.
• Administer budget requests, purchases, and project assignments.
• Continuously improve the Information Security Management System and support business continuity processes.

Required profile

• Proven experience in supervising electromechanical systems within data center or critical infrastructure environments.
• Strong knowledge of preventive and corrective maintenance practices.
• Ability to manage budgets (OPEX/CAPEX) and coordinate cross‑functional teams.
• Excellent organizational and documentation skills.
