Senior Presales Lead (Remote)

About the role

BairesDev is looking for a Senior Presales Lead to own the creation of high‑impact proposals, RFI/RFQ/RFP responses, and sales collateral for custom software development and IT professional services. The role is fully remote and works closely with Sales, Delivery, and Technical teams to translate complex delivery concepts into clear business value.

Key responsibilities

• Lead end‑to‑end development of proposals and RFx responses for project‑based IT engagements.
• Synthesize inputs from technical, delivery, and commercial stakeholders into client‑focused narratives.
• Write executive summaries, delivery approaches, value propositions, and differentiators.
• Manage proposal schedules, stakeholder reviews, and final submissions.
• Partner with Solution Architects, Delivery Managers, and Sales Executives to ensure technical feasibility and commercial competitiveness.
• Develop and maintain reusable content such as case studies, success stories, and templates.
• Create presentation materials and sales collateral for presales discussions.
• Contribute to continuous improvement of proposal processes and content libraries.

Required profile

• 3‑5 years of experience in IT outsourcing, consulting, or professional services with hands‑on proposal development.
• Proven ability to write and structure proposals for software development or IT delivery projects.
• Strong understanding of SDLC, Agile, and Scrum delivery frameworks.
• Familiarity with engagement models and pricing structures (Time & Materials, Fixed‑Price, Managed Services).
