Senior Project Manager (Remote)

About the role

BairesDev is seeking an experienced Senior Project Manager to lead technology projects remotely. You will work with a global team of top‑tier talent, translating client requirements into effective solutions and ensuring successful delivery.

Key responsibilities

• Create forecasts and budgets for assigned projects.
• Manage projects using Agile methodologies, monitoring progress and controlling scope.
• Validate project viability, allocate equipment and resources.
• Identify and mitigate risks to keep deliveries on schedule.
• Ensure the team follows established processes and methodologies.
• Implement necessary changes throughout the project lifecycle.
• Track project performance and maintain customer and team satisfaction.

Required profile

• Proven experience with Agile project management.
• Strong understanding of APIs, web services, and data persistence (databases).
• Advanced knowledge of algorithms and intermediate system design.
• Experience developing real‑world application modules and implementing unit tests.
• Familiarity with version‑control tools.
• Advanced proficiency in English.
